How we communicate

We respond to support requests within 4 business hours. Depending on your request, we may not have the answer right away but we'll at least let you know that we've started looking into it.

When mistakes are made

We're human. We don't use robots. So mistakes will occasionally be made. Any logistics partner that promises otherwise isn't being as truthful as they should. What sets us apart is: (1) we'll admit when we've made a mistake, (2) we'll fix the mistake as soon as possible and communicate with you the entire time, and (most importantly) (3) we'll fix the process that led to the mistake so that it doesn't happen over (and over and over) again.

Where is your warehouse located?
We're located in Toronto. We can work with you to move inventory around North America to reduce shipping costs to your customers.
I don't currently work with a 3PL and just ship from my home. Am I too small for you?
Unlike some fulfillment companies, we work with businesses of all shapes and sizes. We don't mandate a minimum number of orders per month or a minimum number of products. We review each potential client on a case-by-case basis and are fully transparent about whether or not we feel we'll be a good fit for each other.
I just need someone to help me arrange some shipments. Can you do that for me?
Yes! You don't need to use us for warehousing and fulfillment in order to benefit from our freight coordination services. We can help you arrange air, sea, and ground shipments, whether a full container or a couple parcels. We can even help with the (terribly unfun) customs paperwork. Give us a shout!
